Hi! I'm not sure to understand which kind of "sun cover" you're mentioning (we supply a cover for the screen in option, I don't know any other PC Screens providers who provide a cover; and not all our clients want a cover, that's why it's an option).
Regarding cables, it's not recommended to use longer cables because it reduce the charging capacity. Moreover it's not recommended to charge the tablet in the cockpit, as an open port cancels the waterproofness. In this case, we suggest to choose our models with waterproof charging (supplied with a waterproof charging socket to be installed int he cockpit).

Our spare battery costs $65.23, you paid $118 with the delivery costs from Belgium. Unfortunately, your fantastic president decided to add huge tariffs, we can't be responsible for that...
For the rest, battery life is as advertised (about 6 to 7 hours at 100% brightness), we extensively inform about this on our website because yes, a 1000 nits screen drains a lot of power and you have to take this into account.

we are very sorry about Tariffs. We try to inform our client as accurately as possible, we have added a warning at check-out, with the last available information, but as changes are sometimes pretty unexpected, we can't confirm that this information is always 100% accurate. Taxes have been lowered with the last decision dated on April 5 (see here: https://content.govdelivery.com/bulletins/gd/USDHSCBP-3db9e55?wgt_ref=USDHSCBP_WIDGET_2). As you bought the tablet before this decision, but receive it afterwards, perhaps interesting to check if you can't claim for a refund?

Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately, we do not have the means of Amazon, we calculate the delivery based on its actual costs. And we avoid working with cheap transport companies whose service is slower and of lower quality.

Hello, you can easily pay by credit card, there are different options available, including payment by bank transfer, credit card, Klarna, Trustly, Bancontact, etc. They may differ depending on the country of order, but the credit card is available in all countries, and the bank transfer as well. At the time of purchase, you receive a confirmation that the order is indeed registered. For products on restock, availability times are indicated on the site. Delivery times are provided in the 'delivery' section. When the order is shipped, you receive a confirmation along with the invoice. And a second email from our shipping platform provides you with the tracking link, which allows you to track the package day by day. It is obviously always possible that these emails end up in your spam folder.

We have thousands of tablets on the market, used by professional sailors in races like the Vendée Globe or the America's Cup and never receive any complaint. or perhaps there's an issue with your particular tablet, we had the problem one time. But then please open a support ticket and we'll deal with it.

qu'entendez-vous par "mal conçu" ? Il n'est évidemment pas conçu explicitement pour la tablette, c'est un support universel de la firme Scanstrut.
Quant à l'application meteoconsult, s'il y a un bug, ce n'est peut-être pas la tablette qu'il faut incriminer d'office. Nous installons un Android le plus proche possible de la version publiée par Google et il a la certification GMS de Google. Quoiqu'il en soit, je suis étonné que vous nous attribuiez une note négative sans même avoir contacté notre support...

we never received an answer to our last message. We asked you to do some check regarding overheating (as it is possible that a message is displayed under certain conditions, but till 60˚c, our tablets will never shut down) and were waiting for your answer before going further.
Regarding polarized sunglasses, it's not right to say that you can't see anything. You can see it in landscape, but not portrait mode, as very often with LCD screens. Anyway, we were ready to offer you to change for our new model which is fully compatible with polarized sunglasses; but, as said, we were waiting for your answer first.
