I have received my order. However, as your site presents the wire of the 100-meter N°50 spools as being the same as that of the 400-meter N°40 spools, I'm disappointed because, with a magnifying glass (and in use), they are different: the N°50 is thinner, which would be normal if you consider the numbers.

The site isn't very practical for me... But in terms of products: this isn't my first order from Sajou. If I need yarn, I never buy elsewhere. The products are exceptional, of immense quality.

In a previous order, there was an error in the preparation of the kit (insufficient quantity of thread in one color). This error was corrected without further discussion after I reported it. The embroidery kits are very beautiful and the rendering is remarkable.

The design is magnificent and the final result will certainly live up to my expectations, but the practical aspect is totally neglected. The correspondences between threads, not numbered, colors and symbols or colors on the diagram are almost impossible to find, which led me to modify the colors used and to repurchase other threads, from another supplier and thus of another quality and appearance. For the remainder, no problem of delivery or other. Jdm
