Beautiful haberdashery. Fast delivery. And nice gift with the order. Too bad a little expensive.

Well, on the whole it's well explained, but the notation for the different wire sizes is a bit confusing.

I live in Switzerland and following your delivery I had to pay VAT again because you didn't deduct it. That's a shame. What's more, I phoned you and was very poorly received. I was told that your site was in the process of rectifying this...but I had to pay for it...on the other hand, the order was well placed and the postal tracking impeccable. In spite of this, I'm very reluctant to order from you again unless I get a refund of this French VAT. Incidentally, at Le Bonheur des Dames VAT is automatically waived and we are always kindly received.

I'm disappointed because it took a long time to receive such a small order. The feed is absolutely fabulous, but for some reason I kept having problems with your website, maybe because I'm not in France.
