My order arrived in the US very fast. It was beautifully packaged and well beyond my expectations. I needed an adjustment, and not only did Customer Service reply swiftly, they went above and beyond! The package arrived, a bit beat up, but blaming that on USPS, not the French postal service. The contents were all present and in good shape. Can’t remember, but was there an option for a gift box? If so, I missed it. It would have been nicer to open the package and find a gift box full of the calendar pieces. So transferred the individual bags into a gift box and added a card. Once the tree goes up after Thanksgiving, will put it under there. On Dec 1, will tell my wife she can open it and see her joy at getting another Sajou advent calendar.

I love all the fabric I received in my order. Everything was perfect and customer service did reach out to me with question. I will order from SAJOU again. Great quality! Only thing I would say is that customs torn up the outer shipping box, but all my contents arrived safely.

I purchased your advent calendar and I’m very excited to open it. I love your products and fabrics and have always loved my orders. The only suggestion I have at this time regarding the calendar (since I haven’t opened it yet) is it would be nice if it came in a pretty inner box for display. The box it was shipped in was a little damaged but I think all the items are OK. Thank you so much for all your beautiful products. Shelby, USA
