Deadlines, quality, rigor: everything is impeccable.
Thank you for allowing us to pay by cheque. Ideal for people like me who can't manage to pay online. Well-stocked site with clear, reliable illustrations and descriptions. The little extra gifts, postcards and thread cards, are always appreciated. I'm a fan of your products. I highly recommend them!

very good, but not explicit enough for embroiderers like me who have just discovered your thread and its customer area. On the small bobbins there is no thread number (size).
