Maison SAJOU consistently delivers on quality, with thread that customers describe as excellent and products that are identical to photos or satisfy high standards. Packaging is repeatedly noted as careful and attractive, with added touches like gift boxes, handwritten notes, and nice wrapping that enhance the unboxing experience. Delivery is described as fast, on time, and well-managed, with orders arriving promptly and in protective packaging across regions including Germany and New Zealand. Customer service is highlighted for its efficiency and care, with testimonials to speedy shipping, helpful tutorials, personalized touches, and reliable processing from order to delivery.
Buying on the Sajou site is a wonderful experience, but even more so opening the package when it arrives at home. I live in Italy and the delivery was quick and everything went smoothly. I'll buy from you again, I love everything about your store!
