My fault should have looked at the size of my Souvenir de Paris cushion, ,thought it would be larger ,made up size is only22cm about 8 inches. Packaging was exceptional as always, arrived quickly with premium postage and informed of the journey almost everyday

The fabrics and the accessories are very beautiful. Unfortunately, the fat quarter pieces are partially cut crooked or with pinking shears. Nevertheless, they fray when washed. The quality is okay, but far from real patchwork fabrics with a width of 1.10. For the price, I expected more. But I will order again, because there are so many beautiful things to discover... The shipping was delayed due to the holiday. There was also no tracking number for the further shipping in Germany. Therefore, the goods arrived without prior notice. That could be a bit better.

I am very satisfied with the goods and the order processing. There are 2 things I like less: 1. Your website responds quite slowly. Since this only happens with your site, I am sure it is not due to my internet access. I also found it confusing with my first orders that the shopping cart can only be fully viewed through one of 3(!) displays (icons). 2. It bothers me that you promise to waive shipping costs above a certain order value (for French customers). However, you could also offer a credit (even if not for the entire shipping cost) for customers from abroad. I would be happy if my suggestions had some effect.

Fabric very nice, great cotton, compact but smoothy (likes patchwork fabric) and lovely packaging idea. Brodering thread not on my favorities: using in a cross stitch project It Is very difficult brodering because the thread frays easily or twists, so the stitches are often uneven

The canvas dimension is really just right, and would deserve to be a little wider than the embroidery dimension, there really isn't much extra width, not easy. Otherwise, once finished, the work should be magnificent! Have a nice evening.

Hello, I am satisfied with the items ordered. However, there was a small problem with the colissimo: there was only one number for 2 parcels. Only one was delivered to me on the 1st visit. After a reminder I went a second time. Despite receiving the 2nd parcel, the colissimo remained as not received. This led to a phone call from me after checking your site (delivery pending). It's not a tragedy, just a waste of time. Best regards.

Always delighted with my purchases, just a little disappointed and surprised that the cut of fabric for white for traditional embroidery is almost unusable, all askew, a small 15 cm gap between the top left and bottom right....
