Our Gourmet vanilla is the same as in the photo we took. It is fleshy, fresh and rich in seeds. Of course, one can always have higher requirements and we always recommend communication in order to offer you products according to your needs.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. The lack of communication was the problem caf I had to send a message to know why my order did not arrive (approx 10 days) while the delivery charges are to my taste a little expensive.

Fast shipping. I ordered 3 different kinds of vanilla (kely, prima and papouasie). The size and freshness is decent, but I find it severely lacking in flavor. I expected much better.

The kelly pods have a size of 13 cm. If you want longer pods, we can offer you the gourmet pods or the Papua XL pods.

One of the few sites to mention the vanillin content, vanilla as described .... ...but, the taste is not there. I'm used to making ice cream and custards with vanilla beans, but I didn't find the smell and taste I usually had. I'm going to double the doses, and it will become a luxury dessert, too bad.

For a better infusion of the pods, we recommend that you let them soak in the milk for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before starting your preparations.

I purchased vanilla powder and was very disappointed with the quality of the product delivered. the product did not conform to the vanilla powder, there was no vanilla flavour and no smell. if it was powder from used pods, they were very used up. my husband is a pastry chef, so he was able to judge the product in good faith. the dispute was resolved and we received a refund.

Disappointed that the vanilla does not come from Reunion Island. It comes from Madagascar. ...less good for my taste. Less fleshy pods than the ones I had brought from Reunion. Fast shipping but too expensive for the quality.

We thought it was sufficiently clear that our vanilla comes from Madagascar.
We take note of your comment without entering into the debate of whether vanilla from Reunion is better than vanilla from Madagascar.
As for the shipping costs, they are calculated according to the weight of the packages and not the quality of the products.
