No disappointment with the products. Quality vanilla, I recently ordered the Preparation for arranged rum Chocolate Combava. I waited for the rum to macerate before discovering the flavours. I'm not sure how much I'm going to get for my money, but I'm sure I'm going to get it. It is the only negative point, I hope that will not distort the taste.

the vanilla beans are actually dry in the rum preparation bags arranged so as not to bring moisture to the other ingredients.

Thank you for quick delivery of the vanilla pods. The only thing was strage about the delivery is that I found the pods in my mailbox without knowing when they had been dropped into the mailbox.

The vanilla pods are tender and well supplied with vanilla beans. Very good taste. I would like to suggest that you sell glass containers for the vanilla pods to keep them in better condition.

I purchased vanilla powder and was very disappointed with the quality of the product delivered. the product did not conform to the vanilla powder, there was no vanilla flavour and no smell. if it was powder from used pods, they were very used up. my husband is a pastry chef, so he was able to judge the product in good faith. the dispute was resolved and we received a refund.

The product was very well packaged in vacuum bags. However, despite the good packaging, the vanilla beans were not as fresh as I would expect, compared to my previous purchase in another online store. I mean, there were soft and fresh looking beans mixed with drier and harder ones. The aroma was also not so intense as the ones I had purchased before in another store.

To complete, our beans are not mixed and come from same batch.
We only sell last harvest beans and our beans are fresh.
May be you make confusion with moisture level?
