Always perfect. I'm very pleased with the quality of the vanilla and the fact that it was sent quickly and carefully. The price is more than correct because for the same quantity elsewhere, you would have to quadruple the price. I have been ordering it from Sambavanilla for years.

I purchased vanilla powder and was very disappointed with the quality of the product delivered. the product did not conform to the vanilla powder, there was no vanilla flavour and no smell. if it was powder from used pods, they were very used up. my husband is a pastry chef, so he was able to judge the product in good faith. the dispute was resolved and we received a refund.
