It is therefore completely normal for you to receive 20-gram packets. However, if you received a 26-gram packet, there are indeed 6 grams too many. No worries, we graciously offer you these additional 6 grams.

However, we would like to clarify an important point: the pods you ordered do correspond to the description indicated on our site. They are gourmet vanilla pods, selected for their aromatic quality, but their appearance can naturally vary depending on the harvest, maturity, and humidity level. Vanilla is a living agricultural product: some pods may be thinner or less fatty while remaining perfectly fragrant and compliant.

At Sambavanilla, all our vanillas are 100% natural, untreated, and prepared artisanally in Sambava, which explains these variations in appearance compared to standardized or over-processed products.

We understand, however, that this may not have met your expectations, especially in the context of a large order. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service so that we can discuss with you and find an appropriate solution.

We offer vanilla beans up to 25 cm in length. The Kely vanilla beans you have chosen are between 12 and 13 cm. If you prefer larger beans, we invite you to choose from our Extra, Prima or Noire Gourmet beans.
