The chosen colors correspond but I would have appreciated packaging with thicker cardboard. Otherwise, the assembly is simple and well designed. A downside for the delivery, UPS is unclear about the delivery day.. Some emails indicate Friday then another email tells me it will be Monday, then in the end delivery on Friday... so I was absent and had to pick it up at a depot that I did not choose and it was not pleasant to find myself in an unchosen neighborhood.

The order was placed quickly (approximately one week). The print quality of the band is very good. The double creases for folding and making the edges of the boxes were not very marked, but nothing that can't be solved with the use of a ruler, although it takes a little more time.

The color of the stickers does not match the ones sent. A digital image has been sent and the RGB or CMYK color should be more accurate. Thank you.

I asked for the boxes WITH black rope and it arrived without the rope. I had the market last weekend and had to rush to find something to tie the box.

The shipping was very good, although the shipping costs are high. The return of the product was a failure, it took them more than a month to refund my money, and I had to claim it twice, plus the shipping is very expensive too, in short, I will not buy again.

I ordered a product that promised one thing that was not even close, it took longer to arrive than stated, I returned it and I had to pay more than 50 euros for shipping because they do not cover returns

Pros: agile website, fast shipping, and quality product. Improvements: short size range (S-M-L etc.), large premium box not very sturdy, order repetition not fine-tuned (by default does not remember XL), somewhat high prices.

SelfPackaging Customer Service is excellent, I had problems with the tracking of the package by the courier. The tracking system did not update the status of the package. The package arrived and the tracking still showed as not shipped.

Hello, still not delivered, UPS sets an appointment and does not come, reschedules and does not respect again, no idea where my package is. It should be noted that UPS is not a serious company for individuals.

The reason for 4 stars is that the site is difficult to navigate to find the right product. Regarding my order, I am very satisfied and the delivery time was quick despite high shipping costs.

No possibility to save projects

Two weeks ago I received an email from perfumer Christophe Laudamiel saying that he was putting his award winning fragrance brand, The Zoo, on pause for the foreseeable future.
When I talk about the importance of supporting independent brands, it's precisely for reasons like this. The brands I work with on Sainte Cellier aren't backed by investors. Investors are more interested in giving money to commercial brands creating second rate versions of Baccarat Rouge and Aventus.
There is so much work to be done in perfumery. I am never less than astounded by what some people - even those branding themselves as "experts" - consider a good perfume. Thankfully, Christophe will continue his work with the Perfumery Code of Ethics to advocate for more honesty, transparency and education in an industry steeped in smoke and mirrors.
For now, if there's a perfume from The Zoo collection you had your eye on, please buy it while you can to avoid disappointment. I have limited stock of each available. I don't know if I will be able to order more before the new year.

Difficulties downloading on my tablet.

I only ordered one product but I am delighted with my purchase! Very short processing time, very fast shipping. The boxes are of very good quality and the little attentions are appreciated.
However, I removed one star for the shipping costs because for small boxes in small quantities I paid 33% for shipping (a little over 13€) which is huge for that... but I would not hesitate to order more products next time.

Thank you for the precise delivery, and for giving me the extra items in the orders! I think I will order again!

Navigating the site is not obvious regarding the options, but the help received by phone, very effective, helped clear my doubt.
