Response from Selfpackaging
Hello, as indicated just now by phone, it may be that our little hands in the workshop indeed forgot the 2 missing lids from the 7 requested samples. You just need to inform us to arrange the situation. We can be reached by phone and by email. Best regards.

The samples that arrived are not all the right color but it's not a big deal. The packaging is neat.

Very good service, cardboard of good quality, easy to assemble even by oneself!
Only downside, the packaging cardboard in a deplorable state.

Site is quite good overall but lacks clarity regarding the color of the lid. I didn't realize that the chosen one was the same color as the box. I would have preferred it darker.

Very well made site with many interesting products at reasonable prices. Everything seems easy until the product customization, which remains a tedious or even laborious experience.

The boxes arrived in perfect condition. We were surprised with a few extra boxes as a training for assembly as well as a large quantity of glue. We are very happy with the result.

The site is clear and easy to use. Just a reservation if you want to pay by bank transfer, there is no recipient address mentioned on the site, you have to call to know it.

Very bad experience. Ordered samples, thinking I could deduct them all from the next order, instead, only one can be deducted at a time. Unclear explanations (site half in French, half in Spanish). Order return = scam. You have to take into account the return costs + they do not refund the shipping costs, so in the end, it's hardly worth making a return!

Angèle, we are sincerely sorry to read your comments.
Indeed, not all discount vouchers can be combined with each other or with other promotional offers. Regarding our site, we still have translations to perform or improve, given that we are a Spanish company. We improve it every day thanks to your comments. We will of course modify the explanations regarding the samples so that this type of confusion does not happen again. As for returns of orders due to an error (or withdrawal) on the part of the customer, the conditions clearly state that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Very good offer, the number of pieces to order is difficult to specify on this bar between 1 and 2000. I did not receive a discount voucher to reduce the price of the samples for my next order. The offer of free shipping from 95,- is not clear. But I quickly received responses by email to my questions, the order was processed quickly and well followed. And I love the designs of the boxes, super.
