I am more than disappointed with the state of my received packages.
Very poorly packaged, without cushioning or protection, I received them ripped open.
15 boxes were completely damaged, crushed, torn.
They are unusable in their current state.
Problematic and unacceptable, especially on an order of barely 200 boxes to assemble anyway.
Honestly disappointed.

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello,
sorry for this situation.
I will send you the boxes that you cannot use if you tell me what they are. It would also be helpful if we received photos (if you have any) to be able to retrieve the boxes and inform the courier service.
I hope this unfortunate event will not compromise your trust in our work.
Thank you in advance for your kind response,
Daniela
