I placed an order, instead of receiving 15 boxes I received a sample instead, even though I clearly specified 15 boxes, so I paid for a sample, so there you go! I hope it will be resolved quickly

I did not receive the sample I ordered. I made a complaint to receive the sample and the after-sales service has still not responded to me, it has been 3 days.

Very happy with the material, but the shipping was deplorable, it was much better when the material arrived at the person who ordered! (shameful service)

I appreciated the little note explaining why a box was added to my order. It's a shame that you do not offer pickup at a reasonable price for small orders.

Love how professional it looks. I'm a startup business, I'm unknown, therefore I need to make an impression: professional, serious, elegant and sophisticated. I also need boxes to be applicable to laws in France,
