I have been ordering boxes for my two craft activities for years. The site is very well done, very clear, easy to navigate. The only downside for me is the choice of delivery, it is always impossible to select the closest relays to my home and therefore, I have to travel kilometers to pick up my order. On that side, it could be improved, but otherwise nothing to say!

I really like this site where there is a wide choice of boxes. Maybe offer more compostable packaging with different pastel shades.

I have been ordering for several years and I am generally satisfied. I just find that on my last order the folding marks of some boxes are not as good as usual and that some boxes are poorly cut, especially the pizza boxes. I had to recut some tabs myself which takes time.

I find that the delivery was very fast, well-packaged parcel. You are of exemplary professionalism as adding items while anticipating the damaged ones is not something many companies take the trouble to do. Thank you

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!

Navigation is not bad but the site itself is a bit resource-hungry, which doesn't make it necessarily very easy to handle sometimes. However, the products are clear, the presentation is good, and the options understandable.

Hello, Small remark, not about the quality of the products, but about the packaging of the products. We order cardboard products that are not sufficiently protected and cushioned, resulting in the corners being creased. Too bad, because after that the folds are more complicated with a less beautiful result. Thank you

Nothing to say about the order itself, but the delivery service leaves much to be desired. I had to pick up my order at a relay point even though I requested to be delivered, and I stayed home all day to receive the delivery. The delivery person didn't even bother to ring/call.

The address on the label was incomplete and the UPS driver not being very bright, I had to call the local UPS office to be delivered at home ...

I really like the products, they are very high quality.
The packaging of the order is light, everything arrives loose but since there are a few extra pieces it's okay. But it's stressful every time receiving the orders.
The customer service is responsive in case of issues.

Very satisfied with my order: cardboard packaging + personalized labels. I had to redo it several times to customize the labels because the presentation of the site did not display correctly. But very satisfied with the result and the speed of delivery.

Very good experience on the site, the products meet my expectations.
The only downside would be the shipping time which is a bit long.
