Navigating the site was not easy. But we always had good feedback from Christelle Dellandrea who made an effort to help us use the customization software which is not really clear to use. However, delivery and packaging were impeccable. Thank you.

UPS pickup point far from my home. Moreover, it was 30 minutes late on its opening time. 30 minutes where I had to wait without being able to contact them. The package was well damaged. I would like to have the option to choose another pickup point, which is not the case on your site.

Great site. Too bad we can't print on both sides of the box!

Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Cecile,
I confirm that you can print on multiple sides of the box by selecting 'all sides' in the 'printing' section.
Don't hesitate to get back to us if needed.
Best regards,

Deadlines respected, correct quality with small errors that fortunately did not greatly impact the final result, extra copies in case are appreciated.

I had to call customer service for the timely shipment of the order. Otherwise, the extra charge to speed up delivery would have been useless. Average. However, the after-sales service is very nice.

Good products but the packaging needs to be reviewed, the products were not protected in the packaging box, which itself was damaged (torn in several places). Some products therefore arrived damaged.

Navigation on the site is good but shipping is very expensive for a rather mediocre service. Relay points are rare and far away. Items very poorly protected in the package, as a result, many items are very damaged. I was able to benefit from a package return to my home thanks to a very nice after-sales service lady. But despite my feedback regarding the protection of items in the package, the second package arrived protected in the same way, so some items are damaged too! But there I was not offered anything to compensate me...

Very rich range, from the simplest to the very sophisticated. Perhaps a folding guide is missing when it's a bit complex. And therefore, delivered with a bit of surplus for the right to make mistakes :-)

Very well-made site, easy to navigate and understand. Proposed items are very interesting, prices remain a bit high for small quantities, for a startup company, it's a bit difficult to pay these prices, as you cannot block cash flow on a large quantity of boxes. Fast delivery and thank you for the extra boxes, a real plus, because sometimes the boxes tear on the sides when you close them and that's a shame.

The printing on the boxes appears slightly misaligned vertically once the box is assembled. This is due to the fold that I did not take into account in the design. It would therefore be helpful to point this out during the creation on your webapp.

Too bad the street number was missing from the address. The postman must have searched for a long time and was somewhat annoyed, which is normal, especially since I had clearly provided you with the street number!
Translated reviews
Response from Selfpackaging
Hello Joseph, You had indicated the street number in the title of your registered address in your client area and not in the 'address' field intended for the carrier. I took the liberty of correcting the address you registered in your space so that this does not happen again and that the number appears correctly on the shipping label. Have a great day.

The boxes are easy to make. I received more in quantity than I ordered which allows for a backup if some are not perfect (the plastics are less regular than the boxes, but overall it's good). I recommend
