Selfpackaging consistently delivers on-time and fast service, with many customers noting quick shipping, clean packaging, and reliable delivery that meets expectations. The product quality and presentation stand out, with sturdy, well-made boxes, easy assembly, and careful attention to presentation of printed materials and extras that enhance the unboxing experience. Customer service is described as attentive and helpful, offering swift online and phone support and solutions that keep orders moving smoothly. Recurrent positives include good value and clear, practical design details, such as accurate product descriptions, thoughtful add-ons, and reliable repeat-order satisfaction.
Samples received are compliant except for the clarity of the digital printing which could be improved.
My disappointment: no preferential rates for professionals!
Customer service is attentive but did not find a solution to this request.....

The shipment was very fast but the packaging could have been a bit better done. The box was too big, the filling with cushioning particles could have been avoided, and the packages of boxes inside slid which ended up wrinkling the tissue paper that came with it.
Aside from this, I am very happy with the boxes.

The print quality is relatively average as well as the cutting quality but the order was delivered on time and the after-sales service is very attentive.

Very good service, cardboard of good quality, easy to assemble even by oneself!
Only downside, the packaging cardboard in a deplorable state.

I am satisfied with the product, that is to say the quality. However, I was surprised to see the window of the box open. To be able to store food or biscuits, it is impossible to put them directly in the box because they risk falling, so I had to buy additional bags to be able to store things inside, so disappointed on this point. What can we store in your opinion in an open bag without a plastic window???. And my biggest disappointment was with customs clearance because already the shipping costs are expensive, I was disappointed to have to add an additional amount.

Site is quite good overall but lacks clarity regarding the color of the lid. I didn't realize that the chosen one was the same color as the box. I would have preferred it darker.

Very well made site with many interesting products at reasonable prices. Everything seems easy until the product customization, which remains a tedious or even laborious experience.

I am satisfied with the quality of the ordered products.
However, absolutely not satisfied with the packaging quality of my order: upon receipt, the box was completely torn, security tape was torn. So I received my order opened (e-commerce boxes), and my boxes were damaged! I cannot attach photos to my comment, but the corners are bent, even torn... I am disappointed to have to discard some of my boxes, especially since shipping costs are not free for this type of product... for €11.71 in shipping costs, I would have liked to receive my order intact.
