I have difficulty giving the number of pieces I order because the bar between 1 and 2000 is capricious. For the rest, I find the site ok

Very good offer, the number of pieces to order is difficult to specify on this bar between 1 and 2000. I did not receive a discount voucher to reduce the price of the samples for my next order. The offer of free shipping from 95,- is not clear. But I quickly received responses by email to my questions, the order was processed quickly and well followed. And I love the designs of the boxes, super.

The site is well made, functional, but not very precise, it would be good to inform the customer about the quality and thickness of the materials used.

Products received quickly and matching the description. Good quality.
High shipping costs compared to the product price, which considerably increases the unit cost.

The price is attractive but the shipping cost is simply exorbitant, for the price one could expect luxury packaging but far from it, just a simple cardboard box, no reinforcements, and nothing protects the order. My box arrived completely damaged, I was lucky that the merchandise was in good condition. So service needs to be reviewed or prices lowered!

Perfect in terms of delivery. The products are really of quality but the site is much, much too slow. 45 minutes of browsing between products. It's really a shame, as I almost left just because of that.
