Nothing is going well
I never received my package
I was thrilled with this product. I gifted it and gradually, my friends sent me messages because their package was EMPTY. I am ashamed and angry!
Hello, still not delivered, UPS sets an appointment and does not come, reschedules and does not respect again, no idea where my package is. It should be noted that UPS is not a serious company for individuals.
Two weeks ago I received an email from perfumer Christophe Laudamiel saying that he was putting his award winning fragrance brand, The Zoo, on pause for the foreseeable future. When I talk about the importance of supporting independent brands, it's precisely for reasons like this. The brands I work with on Sainte Cellier aren't backed by investors. Investors are more interested in giving money to commercial brands creating second rate versions of Baccarat Rouge and Aventus. There is so much work to be done in perfumery. I am never less than astounded by what some people - even those branding themselves as "experts" - consider a good perfume. Thankfully, Christophe will continue his work with the Perfumery Code of Ethics to advocate for more honesty, transparency and education in an industry steeped in smoke and mirrors. For now, if there's a perfume from The Zoo collection you had your eye on, please buy it while you can to avoid disappointment. I have limited stock of each available. I don't know if I will be able to order more before the new year. Thanks so much for your continued support of Sainte Cellier and her brands.
A sheet of cardboard for luxury boxes quality and rigidity to be reviewed
Not happy I paid too much to come faster because the progress of a project was urgent, but simply because of the comparison site they did not put my complete address which is the reason for the delay in the order

Poor communication about the product, especially regarding the photos which are insufficient
No way to check my order after receiving it. The product received looks much cheaper than the visuals on the site. The visuals make it seem like the boxes hold together with a string, but everything has to be assembled with a glue gun...
I ordered a sample in the color GRASS GREEN and received a RED sample. When I made the complaint by email, the response was that the samples were sent in the color that was in stock and 'which can be any color' (sic). In this case, why offer a choice of colors when placing the order? While I requested in my complaint email that a GREEN sample be sent to me, I was told: 'I am sorry but we cannot send you this sample in red.'
Delivery wrong size, impossible to get a return from customer service
We received your email informing us of the situation on Friday, April 9 in the morning.
I replied to you by email the same day at 1 PM.
As you may have noticed, we resolved the situation by sending you the boxes in the right size. You should receive them this Thursday, April 15.

I ordered boxes but received the wrong sizes

Order not delivered
The delivery person could not make the delivery because he showed up during your closing days (not having been informed beforehand).
As confirmed by email just now, I have just sent your opening days to UPS so that the carrier can make the corresponding delivery.

I did not receive an email stating that the ordered product was no longer available. I had called customer service to be sure of receiving it on time, the operator had confirmed everything to me. I had to contact the company myself to ask why I had not heard about my order more than a week after placing it, and there I was told that the item was no longer available. Since this was a professional use order, I was very disappointed. Moreover, the order arrived in two completely shredded boxes with the product in contact with external shocks.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding your order.
Indeed, we have received far more orders in recent weeks than in the entire history of Selfpackaging and have suffered a stock shortage on the Christmas printed boxes much earlier than expected.
During these end-of-year periods, it is important to take into account that we do our utmost to satisfy the large volume of orders and try not to have delays in production.
However, this is unfortunately not the case for some orders.
That is why we sent you boxes with printed stickers as an alternative.
Regarding the condition in which you received the boxes, please send me photos and the quantity of boxes affected by the shocks by email at [email protected] so that I can forward them to our carrier and send you compensation.

Customer service not correct at all. They do not take into account my request made by email following the receipt of my order.
The boxes do not hold. The glue does not adhere.
For sample orders, the boxes are delivered without glue.
For final orders, double-sided tape rolls are provided separately.

My order was supposed to be delivered a month ago but it wasn't and was returned to the seller. Customer service was supposed to resend it to me. No news since. I do not recommend selfpackaging at all.
The package was not delivered on time at all. I had to return it.
Your order was indeed delivered 1 day late compared to the usual 7 working days.
As indicated in your order, during this period (since the end of November with Black Friday), we informed you that there could be some delivery delays due to the high volume of orders and transport delays.
If you needed the boxes by a specific date, it would have been advisable to call our customer service to inform them.

I am more than disappointed with the state of my received packages. Very poorly packaged, without cushioning or protection, I received them ripped open. 15 boxes were completely damaged, crushed, torn. They are unusable in their current state. Problematic and unacceptable, especially on an order of barely 200 boxes to assemble anyway. Honestly disappointed.

A disaster!
We are all surprised to read your comment knowing that we are currently in the first phase of creating your mockup and that this is not the final order.
We have tried to meet the many criteria requested for your mockup as much as possible with the resources available in our offices. Our designer spent an entire day creating your mockup trying a multitude of options.
As indicated in my email following the sending of the mockup, I detailed the modifications made due to technical restrictions.
I will get back to you in the afternoon so that we can continue working on this project and find the most suitable solutions.

Still no news about my order....
Your order was shipped on the same day it was received in our workshop. Then, the tracking of your packages was communicated to you via a notification from UPS.
I see that the carrier had difficulty completing the delivery, which was ultimately made on June 6, as the address provided was reportedly changed afterwards (moving).
I hope you are satisfied with your order and remain at your disposal if needed.

As indicated by phone just now, regarding a custom model order that is at the first testing stage, it is preferable to communicate directly by email or phone.
Indeed, the first custom models are rarely the final boxes and often require several adjustments or modifications.
While waiting for your feedback on the modifications to be made, I wish you a good end of the day.
The print quality is horrible, my visual is barely visible while on the site during creation everything was clear..

I did not receive any lid for my box, no interest
Very bad experience. Ordered samples, thinking I could deduct them all from the next order, instead, only one can be deducted at a time. Unclear explanations (site half in French, half in Spanish). Order return = scam. You have to take into account the return costs + they do not refund the shipping costs, so in the end, it's hardly worth making a return!
Indeed, not all discount vouchers can be combined with each other or with other promotional offers. Regarding our site, we still have translations to perform or improve, given that we are a Spanish company. We improve it every day thanks to your comments. We will of course modify the explanations regarding the samples so that this type of confusion does not happen again. As for returns of orders due to an error (or withdrawal) on the part of the customer, the conditions clearly state that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Very disappointed with this site. The expected product is not as hoped and for two products of barely 3€ each, 17€ in shipping costs!!! And with a very long delivery time! I really do not recommend!!

Unfortunately, I am unable to appreciate anything because I have not received my order. Despite messages and phone calls, I have nothing. UPS claims to have left my package at the Town Hall (really?? On what grounds??) However, the Town Hall of my village has nothing for the simple reason that it was exceptionally closed because the staff was in training. I took a photo for the notice on the door. I have €200 in the wild and I hardly appreciate it!!!!
I opened an investigation with UPS who certifies that the product has been delivered, by going to the UPS site and entering the tracking number 1ZA5E5706868424250 you can see that the delivery has been made.

2 weeks to receive the order is unacceptable knowing that delivery is paid!!!! Ordered boxes of very poor quality! I do not recommend this site!!! I found better elsewhere and even cheaper!

This is not serious. I requested delivery to a relay point, but selfpackaging did not write my name on the package, so the relay store initially refused to give it to me. I only recovered it after a long dispute. Moreover, I never received any notification by email or phone to inform me that the package had arrived. If I hadn't checked the ups tracking myself, my order could have been sent back to the sender once the deadline had passed. It's very poorly organized.
As you can see on your customer file, you are called "Nombre Apellidos" or "First Name Last Name" in Spanish... You registered during a promotion that we had misconfigured.
