Very good products, but be careful with the packaging! This is not the first time that the boxes are poorly secured in the shipping carton, resulting in torn, folded boxes... a small number certainly on the quantity, but unusable, so to be thrown away. Too bad because it still represents a cost!!

I received my order quickly. However, the delivery person did not drop it off at my home but at a pickup point even though I paid for home delivery. There are no assembly instructions in the package, nor a link to a tutorial. The box received is not really identical to the photo, it seems like a part is missing inside, there are no notches to secure the card. I am disappointed.

Hello Edwigde, Indeed for ref. 2520 (S and M), it is clearly indicated on the product sheet (description) that you need to have a glue gun to assemble this box. That is why you received glue sticks in your order. For the sample, we glue it with an adhesive strip so that you can see the assembled box and check that the internal dimensions suit you. I requested home delivery with the UPS carrier. I stayed home all day waiting for my package which was finally delivered to a parcel relay in the neighboring village. UPS no longer makes house calls, it's easier to drop everything in the same place. A disappointing service but the ordered item is of good quality I am satisfied
