Long and mediocre delivery. The delivery person leaves the package at a pickup point even though I chose home delivery.

Fast delivery, the quality of the cardboard boxes is not great
Site and delivery by UPS are acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the content. I had ordered 5 boxes with burgundy lids. In fact, I received 6 boxes, 5 with brown lids and only one with a burgundy lid.
UPS pickup point far from my home. Moreover, it was 30 minutes late on its opening time. 30 minutes where I had to wait without being able to contact them. The package was well damaged. I would like to have the option to choose another pickup point, which is not the case on your site.
I had to call customer service for the timely shipment of the order. Otherwise, the extra charge to speed up delivery would have been useless. Average. However, the after-sales service is very nice.
Good products but the packaging needs to be reviewed, the products were not protected in the packaging box, which itself was damaged (torn in several places). Some products therefore arrived damaged.
Navigation on the site is good but shipping is very expensive for a rather mediocre service. Relay points are rare and far away. Items very poorly protected in the package, as a result, many items are very damaged. I was able to benefit from a package return to my home thanks to a very nice after-sales service lady. But despite my feedback regarding the protection of items in the package, the second package arrived protected in the same way, so some items are damaged too! But there I was not offered anything to compensate me...
The delivery is not compliant, we received a printed ribbon while we wanted a plain ribbon! They say free shipping from 95 euros, and they charge you 20 euros for shipping! No, this is not perfect

The self-adhesive labels that we stick on the box look really horrible and unprofessional, we have to fold the boxes ourselves... anyway, not professional at all

Good product! But not delivered to the given address while I was present! Had to go to a warehouse 4km away to pick up my package!
Samples received are compliant except for the clarity of the digital printing which could be improved. My disappointment: no preferential rates for professionals! Customer service is attentive but did not find a solution to this request.....

Too little general information
The print quality is relatively average as well as the cutting quality but the order was delivered on time and the after-sales service is very attentive.
My order arrived incomplete. 3 boxes out of 7. However, I commend the customer service that was able to respond quickly and provide me with a solution.

To find a relay it always bugs

Moreover, it is preferable to use a browser such as Chrome or Internet Explorer to access our site to ensure its fluidity. The Safari browser is not recommended.

I am satisfied with the product, that is to say the quality. However, I was surprised to see the window of the box open. To be able to store food or biscuits, it is impossible to put them directly in the box because they risk falling, so I had to buy additional bags to be able to store things inside, so disappointed on this point. What can we store in your opinion in an open bag without a plastic window???. And my biggest disappointment was with customs clearance because already the shipping costs are expensive, I was disappointed to have to add an additional amount.
I am satisfied with the quality of the ordered products. However, absolutely not satisfied with the packaging quality of my order: upon receipt, the box was completely torn, security tape was torn. So I received my order opened (e-commerce boxes), and my boxes were damaged! I cannot attach photos to my comment, but the corners are bent, even torn... I am disappointed to have to discard some of my boxes, especially since shipping costs are not free for this type of product... for €11.71 in shipping costs, I would have liked to receive my order intact.

For everything concerning boxes, no problem. However, for the printing of stickers, very very disappointed. The colors do not match even though the files were well provided in CMYK and I called to ensure the proper execution of these colors. Since it was part of a set with other goodies, the colorimetric discrepancy is significant. Unfortunately, it is impossible to redo the stickers as the deadline is too tight. Printing needs to be reviewed.

The boxes are not of good quality, I am disappointed.... the star punch performs poorly, it gets stuck and tears the support.. Article still of poor quality

The orders are in accordance with my request but I did not receive the requested sample which was charged to me over 3€.
The price is attractive but the shipping cost is simply exorbitant, for the price one could expect luxury packaging but far from it, just a simple cardboard box, no reinforcements, and nothing protects the order. My box arrived completely damaged, I was lucky that the merchandise was in good condition. So service needs to be reviewed or prices lowered!

The boxes are very good and conform to my order but the labels were supposed to be round and they are square... too bad
