Did not go through the site for my order
The site is good but I chose the reference REF.: 2262 and I received REF.: 2213.
Thin and fragile cardboard and did not receive the promised gift with the order.

Regarding the ordered boxes, their bases are made of micro-corrugated cardboard (thick and resistant) specifically used for postal shipments and their lids are made of lightweight cardboard as indicated on the site.
We offer you the option to order samples before proceeding with a bulk order to get a preview of our boxes' rendering.
Regarding the gift, we have included the free Valentine's file in your order. You just needed to download it from your account and print it to decorate your boxes with.

For your information, we allow our customers to order samples of our boxes before placing larger orders to test them and especially to verify that they meet your expectations.
You also have the option to return the boxes if they do not suit you by following the steps in the title "Exchanges and returns".

Not very easy to use and not aesthetic (too complicated)
Good but mistakes from the first order.
Three orders with the same address, three different delivery addresses..

We have been in direct contact via email regarding the delivery of your last orders. One could not be delivered because you forgot a letter in the delivery address. That is why your order was returned to us indicating that the address was unknown.
Then the following deliveries were successfully delivered to the indicated address.

Pleasant site, but the product does not match the request. Too bad!
The products are pretty good overall but the service really needs improvement!! -please update your UPS pickup points, the one I chose hasn't existed for 3 years!! So my package went back to the sender in Spain, then resent to my address as requested. A lot of time wasted... -impossible to reach someone by phone for information or a problem... -not always a French translation in the received emails! Sometimes it's completely in Spanish, not practical at all when you don't speak the language! -no SMS or email to notify that the package has arrived! More time wasted...

No tracking email with the package number no info by email on the progress of the order, nor on the availability of the package
Disappointed! I explain before ordering I contact the site which certifies and confirms that my invoice will not be included with my package!!! because it is a GIFT and well do you believe ... they put the invoice in the package BRAVO for teachers it's just unacceptable!! moreover, express delivery paid and delivered 4 days later for 48€ the delivery is more theft than speed, I do not recommend this site, which despite their confirmation does not respect the wishes of these customers
Nothing went as planned... When I wanted to place an order, I was informed that the offer I was given was supposedly false and that the final amount was actually twice as high for the same product! Then there were multiple delays in production, delivery and every time I asked to be informed about the delivery time, I always had to follow up 2-3 times, as there was no tracking of my order! It's a shame because the result of the personalized boxes I ordered is very satisfactory, but at what cost to receive them…
Sorry about the confusion about the price. The price was quoted by another sales agent that doesn't work with us anymore.
Regarding the lead time we are really sorry not to achieve your deadline. It happens infrequently. Sorry about that.
Package OK, Nice attention, Deadlines OK except that the relations with the carrier were very difficult! 3 days late because of UPS... It makes express delivery expensive.
The products are always of good quality. However, the huge package was too heavy to lift. The relay point was not happy and on my side, I had to find someone with a vehicle. It would have been better to decompose it. The relay point informed me that the volume and weight of the package were not compliant.

Printing problem and processing time too long to remedy

We are nevertheless sorry for the transport costs, but our company is based in Barcelona, which is why international shipping costs are higher than costs for sending within French territory.
I ordered 2 samples... 10€ it hurts a bit especially since there is very little chance that I will order! The packaging should be delivered with an explanation for assembly!

Excellent follow-up by Cécile, delivery on time. Small shift of the illustration on the box that was not visible on the proof, it's a shame. The illustration was complex but the proof was perfect.
Some packages were creased and sample requests were not the right size or color
The site does not allow for good editing of the graphic presentation and the Selfpackaging team does not check the text alignment at all. I ended up with boxes where the text is not centered. The quality of the boxes is good so I give 3 stars.
I did not understand why I had to pay shipping fees when my order was over 95 euros, contrary to everything that appears on your site, so yes disappointed.
My order was assigned to another customer, I complained, extended delays, they could have offered me the shipping costs
The boxes are very good but the UPS delivery service is catastrophic and the shipping packaging is too fragile (the cardboard was torn) Moreover, there was a delivery delay due to a stock shortage without me being notified.

I have not yet received my order, the tracking link does not work, I contacted customer service to find out where my order is and I have not received a response!
The boxes are very good however I would not recommend the customizable adhesive labels, the quality is mediocre
Three weeks delay to inform me that they can no longer manufacture the ordered product due to a production error. Satisfactory replacement product and of good quality. Disappointed not to have been able to obtain the desired product despite my phone request (too low quantity).
Well-made site, fast delivery. Boxes easy to make and very clean. Labeling and printing service to improve to my taste.
The fact that you have to assemble the boxes yourself would imply providing an instruction manual (assembly instructions) in each shipment.
Hello, I personalized labels with my order of invitation boxes but after finalizing the order I see that only the boxes were taken into account. Disappointed. But the boxes are great anyway.
