Fast delivery

I only ordered one product but I am delighted with my purchase! Very short processing time, very fast shipping. The boxes are of very good quality and the little attentions are appreciated. However, I removed one star for the shipping costs because for small boxes in small quantities I paid 33% for shipping (a little over 13€) which is huge for that... but I would not hesitate to order more products next time.

Company not reachable directly for customer service, I sent a message on the contact messaging and still no response. A phone number would be simpler.

The packaging for sending the product is too large and no protection to secure the product: some lids end up with a corner dented or crumpled because the different elements move in the shipping box.

Good site!

I received my order quickly. However, the delivery person did not drop it off at my home but at a pickup point even though I paid for home delivery. There are no assembly instructions in the package, nor a link to a tutorial. The box received is not really identical to the photo, it seems like a part is missing inside, there are no notches to secure the card. I am disappointed.

The site is very good, fast delivery. However, there is a defect on all the boxes ordered, a gap of 58mm instead of the 60 displayed on the site which means that no vial fits properly.
