The ordering process was extremely difficult as well as the delivery where 2 addresses were mixed up; fortunately, I was able to arrange with the delivery person (you do not offer home delivery) You do not provide an assembly manual for your boxes; sometimes it wouldn't hurt. I had to contact customer service because the carrier was 1 week late in delivery: response after 3 days, incomplete and cold.

Poorly sized packaging and extremely damaged

Products conform to the description, well packaged. Package arrived on time, in good condition. However, shipping costs are very excessive !!!!!!!!!! When ordering in bulk, it's reasonable, but for a purchase of 20 boxes, paying €12 for shipping on a €22 order is a bit exaggerated...

I made a mistake in my order. So I received both orders. Which is not a problem because I will use the second one. However, for a single package, I still paid shipping costs twice...

Following the receipt of the ordered samples, no assembly plan to create the boxes was included, so I abandoned the presentation of these new products.

I had problems retrieving my package at the pickup point, as my name was not registered with the package code. So I would like to know what happened. I also find that it would be better to protect it more by using an envelope with bubble wrap, as the cardboard gets damaged quickly.

Selpackaging services are very good but I was not informed of the arrival of my delivery by UPS at the pickup point, so I went to check myself and it had arrived a week ago! It was urgent!

Site is quite clear, a lot of information about the products, correct products, it's great to be able to buy samples. However, the shipping costs to France are exorbitant! It's a shame because it really penalizes the site. There are surely cheaper carriers with a service quality that is also suitable.

The printing of the labels is really of very poor quality, the so-called postal box has such thin cardboard that I could not send it like that. I am really disappointed

Clear and complete site. Too bad you have to pay to get a sample: €8 for a cardboard box! And that the delay is so long: 5 working days.

Very good but the online video on assembling the ordered product needs to be reviewed as the product is no longer in the form of this video (in 3 parts in the video, in 1 part in reality).

The material meets my expectations, but I was only delivered half of my order. The other half, namely the matchboxes, was missing. It's fast but maybe too fast....

The ordered boxes are compliant but not the adhesive labels. I wanted an apostrophe in my text and it was translated by a special character. I am disappointed and had to find another solution as there was no time to return and redo.

Problem with size

I find the weight a bit too light, it gives the whole a too little rigid appearance. I am looking for packaging that has a more 'qualitative' aspect. Otherwise, the kraft material is very nice and the box is pretty. It's a shame...

I think the site and the products are good, unfortunately I had only ordered samples to test, and they arrived without an explanatory note on how to assemble them (and not everything is explained on the site) and one of the samples arrived in a different size than I had requested. Too bad.

A little more packaging would have avoided some inconveniences.

My boxes arrived almost 1 month after the order and I only received a 20% discount on my next purchase as compensation, while I needed them quickly for work!! I lost money! Moreover, there are no instructions in the package to help you assemble the boxes, which is difficult! The plus is that there are extra units beyond the requested quantity in case of error.

The site is clear. However, I entered all my details and the delivery person did not have the company name at the time of delivery, so I lost 2 days to receive my sample.

I received 4 samples. Two were perfect, thank you. However, for the tray and sleeve model, I never received the part that goes around the box, so it doesn't close. For the gift box with lid, you sent me two bases, which means I didn't receive a lid and therefore cannot assemble the box.
