The boxes are very good but the UPS delivery service is catastrophic and the shipping packaging is too fragile (the cardboard was torn) Moreover, there was a delivery delay due to a stock shortage without me being notified.

This is not serious. I requested delivery to a relay point, but selfpackaging did not write my name on the package, so the relay store initially refused to give it to me. I only recovered it after a long dispute. Moreover, I never received any notification by email or phone to inform me that the package had arrived. If I hadn't checked the ups tracking myself, my order could have been sent back to the sender once the deadline had passed. It's very poorly organized.
As you can see on your customer file, you are called "Nombre Apellidos" or "First Name Last Name" in Spanish... You registered during a promotion that we had misconfigured. To make it up to you, you can contact me at [email protected] and I will send you a discount voucher for your next order... and I will update your name and first name.
