I have not yet received my order, the tracking link does not work, I contacted customer service to find out where my order is and I have not received a response!

The boxes are very good however I would not recommend the customizable adhesive labels, the quality is mediocre

Three weeks delay to inform me that they can no longer manufacture the ordered product due to a production error. Satisfactory replacement product and of good quality. Disappointed not to have been able to obtain the desired product despite my phone request (too low quantity).

Good site, just a small remark regarding the delivery address and the billing address, it is not very clear and when you choose a UPS relay it automatically changes and you no longer know if what you entered is correct

Very good products. It's very pretty.

The cardboard boxes and stickers are very nice and super beautiful. The boxes are very easy to assemble. The only downside was the very long delivery due to the lack of stock of special Christmas boxes. We had to contact customer service several times to find out the status of our shipment.

I still have 2 remarks: - I had previously ordered a sample of the product that I then ordered in quantity but I did not benefit from a discount on this second purchase as mentioned in case of purchasing a sample - I was not informed by the UPS carrier that my package had arrived at my pickup point
