The boxes are very pretty and serve their purpose well, However, a small assembly guide would be welcome! Thank you for the trial boxes as unfortunately they were necessary!! But I am generally satisfied with my order!

I did not receive the sample I ordered. I made a complaint to receive the sample and the after-sales service has still not responded to me, it has been 3 days.

I had problems retrieving my package at the pickup point, as my name was not registered with the package code. So I would like to know what happened. I also find that it would be better to protect it more by using an envelope with bubble wrap, as the cardboard gets damaged quickly.

Selpackaging services are very good but I was not informed of the arrival of my delivery by UPS at the pickup point, so I went to check myself and it had arrived a week ago! It was urgent!

Everything was as ordered, very well packaged and all the provided material is very practical!

You need to pay attention to the sizes for the packaging, it's not always obvious. Otherwise, there is a wide choice of packaging and the result matches the image.

I appreciated the little note explaining why a box was added to my order. It's a shame that you do not offer pickup at a reasonable price for small orders.

Site is quite clear, a lot of information about the products, correct products, it's great to be able to buy samples. However, the shipping costs to France are exorbitant! It's a shame because it really penalizes the site. There are surely cheaper carriers with a service quality that is also suitable.

Package well packaged and in accordance with the description. However, the fresh and pick where the package was delivered was not opened on 2 occasions when I passed during opening hours.

Very satisfied with the product, order received quickly. Small downside: the customer service contacted for information before our order never replied to us.
