I have been ordering for several years and I am generally satisfied. I just find that on my last order the folding marks of some boxes are not as good as usual and that some boxes are poorly cut, especially the pizza boxes. I had to recut some tabs myself which takes time.

It is true that I ordered few boxes (5), but they arrived with deformations (folds) on the packaging which caused folds on the sides of the boxes.

Just a small downside that delivery is not free to Belgium because it is not possible to choose a UPS point via the map. I therefore paid for my 2 deliveries (over 95€) the rest nothing to complain about

Average, a correct experience but some services need improvement. In particular, the navigation on the site is not intuitive and the delivery via UPS was a real disaster!!!! 3 days late. I had to go myself to pick up my parcel at a UPS warehouse because the delivery people were not able to deliver to me. I received absence messages while I was home all day! It's a shame!
