Hello Sir, We are surprised by your comment because first of all, your review is not about your last order but about the one of November 17th which was delivered on November 20th, three days later. Regarding your order of December 4, and as we announce on our website, the delivery time was longer than usual. Your order shipped on December 7 was delivered on December 15. We are therefore far from the one month delay mentioned in your comment.

Package never received. The delivery man did not bother to insist with the doorman. We are handicapped and visually impaired and it takes us some time to reach the doorman of the apartment. I think that it is useless to specify that any external displacement is out of our possibilities. This merchandise has been paid in cash by Master Card and I hope to receive the due delivery soon.
