apart from the deliveryman gls belgium who are of a crasse incompetence .... no problem .... NEVER take a delivery by gls ( prefer dpd much more competent ) . otherwise perfect product and service ( sen up should just choose better its delivery services )

Very serious house. I recommend them. I would like Smartlifetime to be well aware of the following regarding the DPD carrier. So far, no problem. On the last delivery: problem. The recipient stayed home all day and did not see the carrier who was supposed to make this delivery. He left the package at the Fournil des Allées- Place Decazes in LIBOURNE. Why (?????). Fortunately, the lady at this store called my sister around 6:00 p.m. and asked her to come and pick up her package. My sister is handicapped and does not have a vehicle. Fortunately I was at her house. I was the one who went to pick it up. This is not at all logical and normal. I would like to know what happened. Thank you for your help. Thank you very much.
