Very happy with my purchase, just a small downside, there was a small dent on the metal bottle.

The received stuffed animal is pretty but the embroidery is silver and not dark gray as shown in the photo on the site and stands out little on the light gray stuffed animal.

L’article est arrivé sans le support pourtant visible sur les photos de l’annonce. Il ne correspond donc pas à ce qui était présenté. Par ailleurs, ma demande de retour a été refusée. Je souhaite donc une solution rapide à ce problème.

Order received quickly, overall good. I ordered 3 items. But the colors of 2 of them differ in reality compared to the color presented on the site

Long delivery.. Shipped on 07/04, received at the parcel relay on 16/04. Packaging not very careful for a stuffed toy at this price.

The received blanket is soft and comfortable (we'll see if it remains soft with use). Delivery was quite fast. It's just a pity that the end of the name (for personalization) was sewn onto a pattern.

Notable design and product quality. It's a pity that a small manual pump isn't provided for shaping the balloon.

Very pretty, but the sizes need to be reviewed, I bought 2 models: 1 is 1.5cm too long vertically and the 2 are a little tight to close the notebooks so the corners go up. You have to stretch the fabric and put them under heavy books. You have to stretch the fabric and put them under heavy books. I'm giving them a good mark because they're very pretty, but I'm disappointed by the unsuitable dimensions.

Very easy-to-use site, but a few problems selecting the different colors that make the page bog down. This may be due to the fact that you're using it on your phone.

Very serious customer service very responsive!
The only downside is the automatic mail for shipments when the package is not sent because of personalization.

Very nice quality brand and fast delivery! One small detail on a product we received as a gift in another order: the pom-pom on the toiletry bag came off the first time it was used. Perhaps we should rethink the fastening.
