If we look only at the final result of my order with your services, we can say that I am satisfied. However, it was still complicated to get my products, 1 month of waiting and the product ordered replaced by another equivalent. Fortunately, your after-sales service is great and made a huge commercial gesture (adding a sleeping bag of my choice for free), so I'd recommend your services to others without any worries.
When I received the order, I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the sleeping bags contained little birth gloves. In any case, the sleeping bag (with the moustache) given to my sister-in-law for the birth of her son, was a sensation. All I have to do now is try out your products when my daughter arrives.

Order placed on the sevira kids website because of the 40% discount on this item rather than on amazon (amazon premium customer) which only had a 15% discount. My order was delivered to me in an amazon premium box, but without the benefit of working day delivery. It's a shame that the prices don't match between the 2 sites, but it helped me get to know your site.
