All parcels are dispatched by large logistics companies such as the Post Office or Colis privé and with a tracking number which is communicated to our customers so that they can follow their order directly. Very fast and careful shipment, but I regret the lack of communication. I ordered without creating a sevira account by paying with paypal. I got a confirmation email from paypal and then nothing for a few days... until I received the package! So I was worried for nothing: the order was on its way (and perfect)!
