I find it very pretty in material and color but I can't tell you if it's well used because it's a gift.

The nightlight is very pretty, but the description advertised a touch-switch function to enable children to operate it. But this is not the case: there are only on, off and 15-minute settings, and the switch is too complicated for children to use.

The person who answered the phone was friendly and competent. She sent me a photo of the item and I was able to order it with complete confidence.

5 out of 5 for the shipment, which couldn't have been quicker. On the other hand, the description of one product (crib sheets) was wrong, and the size didn't correspond at all to the sheets I received. I still haven't heard back from customer service, even though baby is due to arrive in less than 2 weeks. I was hoping for a response as quick as the shipping service, as I currently have no sheets to put in his bed, and time is seriously running out, as he could be born at any moment.

Very good site and very reactive after-sales service, I had a problem with the delivery (point relais) which had refused my parcel. I sent an email and received my parcel the next day. Top products, I recommend!
