Products took a while to get to the US and I might have missed it, but you have to pay extra import charges once they arrive. But it was all worth it because the mats were perfect. Great quality and exactly like the design.

The carpet was very nice, high quality, with good graphics. Only taking a star off for the lack of response after sending communication asking for tracking number (3 messages). For buyers, a custom carpet takes 3 weeks to make. The shipping took another 15 days to the USA. A tracking number was not provided. It is worth the wait, but be mindful of timeline if you are purchasing for a gift or event.

In the configuration, the mirrored name could not be changed in size. I indicated this when ordering, unfortunately the size was not adjusted. The rest turned out very well.

I had several problems with delivery, the first delivery was returned because the parcel was damaged and the carpet ripped, the second delivery was returned because the delivery address was not respected and the parcel was dropped off at a relay station in another village... But the carpet finally arrived, and it was top notch, nothing to complain about! my companion is very happy :)
