Goods are okay, seller does not respond to emails, appointments are not kept
I had several problems with delivery, the first delivery was returned because the parcel was damaged and the carpet ripped, the second delivery was returned because the delivery address was not respected and the parcel was dropped off at a relay station in another village... But the carpet finally arrived, and it was top notch, nothing to complain about! my companion is very happy 🙂

Nice carpet, good quality but delivery takes too long
Hello, I'm not very happy because my order took 1 month and a half to arrive and to compensate for the delay I was told that I would be sent gifts, but when I received my package there was only my carpet inside...
Satisfied with the personalized carpet, but late delivery ++ and right after my order, on shipping day, there was the BF discount 🙁
