Not a new article with dirt present under the sole, presence of rubbing marks on the heels, male seams finished, not in its original packaging,

Hello, I ordered used skis, they are really too damaged, disappointed with my order. It would be desirable for the seller to include photos or a wear rating with a score out of 10.
I regret this purchase, the bindings are very damaged, I would have done better to buy from a private individual with a much less intensive use than ski rental companies. Super fast shipping though. It's just DHL that postpones delivery.
