Good recent (if not new) equipment, great welcome and good advice, especially from the bearded bobber from the Tarn (sorry, can't remember his first name). Perhaps a quicker return to return the equipment at the end of the stay.

Super welcome and super follow-up. My children had pain in their shoes and the 3 glacier team took care of finding solutions, offering to come back the first few evenings to see how to improve things. All with a smile and good humor.
