Plenty of choice. Good description. Product conforms to description. No nasty surprises. The only downside was that the shipping box was too fragile, as the skis were coming out of the box when I picked them up. The DPD delivery service was a disaster. A request for reimbursement of transport costs was made. To see if that carried out. All the best.

Condition of equipment not representative of description or lack of intermediate levels, level 2 condition ordered and this corresponds more to level 3. Bindings not adjusted (option selected when ordering) and all full of grease or oil. Ski and helmet package received damaged. Unsuitable packaging, unprotected helmet in the middle of the skis with edge damage. The rest of the order was handled well and dispatched quickly.

Hello, We have just taken note of your feedback and have a few answers to give you: 1 - The oil present on the products. It's not oil, but a renovation product for ski equipment. It's a little greasy, but it protects the products to extend their life. It's not a fancy product; the 5L can is priced at 350. 2 - Mounting information: Thanks to your feedback and that of other customers over the past 48 hours, we've just realized that the system hasn't been transmitting information for several days to adjust the skis at the customer's request. We apologize for this error. 3 - The unprotected helmet: We've just investigated, and it turns out that one of our fitters didn't use bubble wrap to protect the helmets. This is a very serious fault on our part, and in no way in keeping with our values and professionalism. 4 - The skis in condition 3 instead of 2, we are ready to exchange the skis with you. If you have any photos to send us, we will be able to give you precise feedback. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Skis correct underneath but well worn on top even in wear level number 2 might as well take 3 if it's to have that or even take nothing.

Would you like us to take the ski back? Do you have a photo of the product so we can see if there was a problem with the condition? As you can see from the comments, we have very few bad reviews, often due to a condition error in the shipment. The most important thing for a ski is the soles, and in your case they seem to be in perfect condition. Please bear in mind that we're only charging 35 for a pair worth 799. Sole perfectly filled, structured and waxed. Edge sharpened. The material has already been well used, and there is not much sole or edge thickness left to allow further maintenance.
