3rd year buying, no worries until this time. I bought the wrong size, within a minute I notified them by email, I added a note (shipping sheet) imploring not to send the package. No phone number in short, I had to send back some receipts, I think my delivery costs (18 euros) will not be reimbursed (not counting the CO2 A/R for nothing). It's a shame.

The skis are very good, perhaps even in better condition than I expected! On the other hand, the boots are really worn. They arrived with fairly deep crevasses filled with stones. The inside is even uncomfortable... I think we can definitely reduce the condition they were in. The skis are used with a lot of wear. Logical. But the bindings are in very bad condition, the brake rubbers are broken. And especially the anchoring of the binding to the ski has a lot of slack. I bought them as category 2/3 of use, and it corresponds to 3/3.
