Unfortunately, both pairs of boots were badly worn. Why doesn't a photo show a particular feature? I'm disappointed.

A pair of skis ordered with wear condition 1, which according to the site should be: "Topsheet showing a few scratches but no big snags (no part has come off)." Well my pair received shows big snags on the topsheet with parts removed, even if the sole (most important) it is impeccable. The helmet ordered is so scratched...that I wonder why this is not communicated on the site (no state of wear on the site). Everything is relative, considering the purchase price of the set, the experience remains correct! Fast delivery as expected

the experience on the site is OK. the search filters don't work very well. It's only late in the selection process that you realize you don't have the size in stock, etc. Otherwise, it's still a good buying alternative.

The skis that were sent out were rebuilt on the "underside" but very worn, scratched and dirty on the tops. The white bindings were very damaged. In addition, a pair of poles (invoiced) were missing from my order and, finally, the carrier who was supposed to make an appointment for delivery turned up without contacting me beforehand. Luckily, someone was able to open the door for him......To come back to the condition of the skis: I had chosen a wear condition of "1" for the 3 pairs.

Very short lead time, perfect packaging, perfectly conforming material, one small problem: only one of the skis was adjusted to the size of the boots.

Satisfied to have received the equipment in condition as described in a more than reasonable time (less than 5 days). A minor problem with the site's search engine, which returned items that were unavailable vs. the criteria requested.

Ordering on the site is very simple and intuitive, and delivery was very fast (24h). However, I would have appreciated it if the ski helmet had been cleaned and disinfected before shipping. There was hair, dust and other small pieces of textile inside. Even if it's second-hand equipment, cleanliness should have been a priority, which is a shame.

A little disappointed by the condition of the skis. I took state 1 and in view of the previous comments I expected better. There are certainly no big "farts" but there are still quite a few small ones + scratches + metal tip at the end of the ski deformed + always a little glue stickers present on the skis (for rental periods I guess). Otherwise fast and careful dispatch

As for the skiocass, nothing to say, product conforms, just have to test them? On the other hand, delivery by dpd... hell!

Order arrived on time, skis protected and as I expected.

Disappointed because the cushion of one boot is damaged and the color of the boots does not match the photo. I've been buying used ski boots for my daughters for many years and this is the first time this has happened. So, skioccas, this will be the first and last time. I still give them 3 stars because the price is competitive.

Very fast delivery. However, the line between level 2 and level 3 wear seems extremely thin... (or very subjective). In my case, I ordered level 2 and expected less pronounced wear. Photos of the product would help you really know what you're buying.

the skis are average but of course at this price it is perhaps normal however you indicateiz that the state was good except they are very damaged. when with the delivery I lost one morning to await them to receive with 11h30 a message asking me to envisage another day of delivery;

Very degraded ski surface. Visually, these skis were not saleable. It seems that it's not even the pair. One ski is more degraded than the other. Only the sole seems correct.

We have ordered all our equipment for a family of 4 and everything is going well so far. All we have to do now is try out the equipment on the slopes in February... Great choice of skis, good website, order quickly taken and shipped, good postage, skis well matched to boots, good value for money, one pair of 2 star skis was in better condition than another pair of 2 star skis, received new poles instead of used ones, but also a pair of well marked poles... that makes up for it!. that makes up for it! also received a pair of skis different from what we had ordered for the kids, but these skis look just as good, and as we had ordered them at the lower prices, it's not so important. Supposedly I would have liked them to give me a call to tell me why they changed and what they gave me instead ... thank you.

Ordered Sunday. Delivered on Thursday. Perfect! The ski season can begin!

Practical site, with quick selection thanks to filters. Super fast shipping. Picked up my order the next day. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order, even if I thought that wear level 1 would correspond to a better aesthetic condition. As for the sole and quarters, they're perfect, nothing to say. I did spend a good hour cleaning the skis after I received them, though, and it did them a world of good. This weekend, I'll be greasing and adjusting the bindings. They really need it.

Fast and accurate

The delivery was made in Switzerland and I subsequently received an invoice from DPD with charges for customs clearance, taxes and administration that were almost higher than the value of my order. What a nasty surprise!
