My wife's and my own Rossignol skis are really damaged on top, especially the Rossignol unique 6s which are literally hollowed out due to excessive and poorly executed snowploughing. I'm quite disappointed. The wedzes for my son are fine.

Correct material in line with expectations, however, the dimensions, especially of the helmets, are approximate or differ according to the brand (the same size is different on two different helmets).

In the description of the skis, I miss the information about the state (thickness) of edges.

Good structure but very ruined in appearance . Very used bindings . But I expected this given the price .

I found what I wanted. Items shipped quickly. A bit complicated to get the parcel back though...

I was charged the amount on my card and they did not send me the product. And I had to ask them to refund the amount. I am waiting for them to return it to me.

I am very pleased with skioccas.com service, skis came at the scheduled time when it was available on the website, the consignment box was torn, but here I believe DPD's fault. Skis are not in bad condition, although one of the skis was repaired and defective, so after the first skiing and repairs, defects had to be repaired to the service. Overall, I am satisfied that the quality is in line with the price.

As for the site, I'd just like to comment on the bugs that make it appear that a product is in stock when it's not. Apart from that, I give it 5 stars. On the other hand, I'd give zero stars to the DPD delivery man, who was a real jerk. He made me stand around in the snow waiting for him because he told me he was there when he wasn't. In fact, he was just trying to make himself look better. In fact it was just to save himself some time in case I was a bit late getting out of my house, but once he arrived it still took him a few minutes to get the parcel out of his truck. Even if I was very, very slow, I'd have had trouble keeping him waiting. In short, he considers his time more precious than the customers'. He insulted me when I pointed this out to him. And he left without signing the delivery note or letting me check the goods. So it's hard to imagine a worse experience, but at least he delivered. He told me that next time he wouldn't deliver, because I ask too much of him and that's unbearable for him. So I've been warned and next time I'll ask you to send it to me by another deliveryman so that I can receive the goods.

I expected skis in better condition before resale (cleanliness, stickers, chips).

Good but the only downside is that my name is not on the invoice or the parcel - only my address is on the parcel which was delivered to the ( honest ) neighbors who gave it to me.

Very fast delivery, correct skis. Sticks indicated as new second hand however

Bindings not mounted as prescribed, even though ski, bindings and boots were included in the same order. Worst of all, the boot bindings were mounted upside down.

a little disappointed this time by the external appearance of the skis and bindings, which should be level 1 wear but are not as impeccable as on previous orders with the same level of wear; but the tips are ok, which is the main thing.

Order and condition of the skis meet my expectations ( cat 2 ) fast delivery of the order in 48h but it's a pity that the service provider for the transport of the order is incompetent ( DPD )

nickel delivery time, previous order nickel but last order disappointing.

A small problem with the preparation of the parcel. (I didn't receive the same skis) But they were very reactive in solving the problem. I'm fully satisfied with their service. What's more, it was an excellent deal!

The skis were more damaged than I thought (on the top only). The sole and edges were perfect.

Product corresponds to description Condition 2: damaged silkscreen but nothing structurally. expensive but efficient delivery.
