Would you like us to take the ski back? Do you have a photo of the product so we can see if there was a problem with the condition? As you can see from the comments, we have very few bad reviews, often due to a condition error in the shipment. The most important thing for a ski is the soles, and in your case they seem to be in perfect condition. Please bear in mind that we're only charging 35 for a pair worth 799. We are available to help you find a solution so that you can be satisfied with your order.
