Delivery arrived perfectly on time. Perfect packaging. Skis quite damaged though (level 2). I expected better condition given the descriptions of the different levels. I can't imagine what a level 3 must be like... It's true that my daughter is now equipped at a lower cost. Sufficient for 2 weeks/year and her age. I wouldn't recommend them for adult skis, which will be kept for several seasons.

Delivery time and delivery very good, but the product was very average. Nobody looked at the product before sending it off, it was full of rust so I had to start cleaning everything on receipt... I wouldn't have dared send the product as I received it.

Can I offer you an exchange of your pair of shoes? We can send the carrier over on Tuesday, and replace the shoes with a pair in better condition if this one doesn't suit you.
