Easy to use website. Perfect DPD delivery. On the other hand, equipment in average condition. Ordered skis in condition 2 but they're borderline condition 3 in my opinion, and the waxing was done hastily (I scraped wax off the back of one ski with a scraper). Other second-hand sites offer better quality. But I had no choice in what I was looking for mid-season.

The skis were described as category 1, they are more damaged than the other skis in category 2 that I ordered! Received my order very quickly, nothing to say. I bought a pair of shoes as ordered and a pair of skis. The pair of skis has an edge at the tip that no longer holds it moves and protrudes at its connection with the allu protection of the tip. I wouldn't put much stock in the ski's lifespan. I'm disappointed.

Very well designed and clear website. Unbeatable responsiveness of the electronic link! Skis in the expected condition, with nickel soles and perfectly sharp edges. Shoes service (3 pairs ordered) below expected condition, especially for the pair around 50, and also unprotected in the enclosed package, not sufficiently reinforced in my opinion. Delivery via DPD needs to be reviewed (tracking application unclear and often blocked...), boxes damaged or even ripped open on arrival... Disappointing from that point of view.

As far as transport is concerned, unfortunately we suffer from DPD's setbacks on a regular basis, but as of today there is no company other than DPD willing to transport Ski. There's still UPS or TNT, but they charge prices that we can't pass on. In any case, the skis get in the way of the deliverymen and that's why there are problems with deliveries. They don't fit on the carpets, so it's human handling that causes stale boxes etc... Thank you for your understanding.

Did the e-mail go to spam, or is it a mailbox problem? You wanted the order on 20/12, it was there on 18/12 in 2 hours. We're sorry if there was a problem with the emails, we deliver several times a day to our stores, this is the first time there's been a problem; especially as we're located less than 2km from the store. A pair of skis ordered with wear condition 1, which according to the site should be: "Topsheet showing a few scratches but no big snags (no part has come off)." The skis that were sent out were rebuilt on the "underside" but very worn, scratched and dirty on the tops. The white bindings were very damaged. In addition, a pair of poles (invoiced) were missing from my order and, finally, the carrier who was supposed to make an appointment for delivery turned up without contacting me beforehand. Luckily, someone was able to open the door for him......To come back to the condition of the skis: I had chosen a wear condition of "1" for the 3 pairs.

Ordering on the site is very simple and intuitive, and delivery was very fast (24h). However, I would have appreciated it if the ski helmet had been cleaned and disinfected before shipping. There was hair, dust and other small pieces of textile inside. Even if it's second-hand equipment, cleanliness should have been a priority, which is a shame.

A little disappointed by the condition of the skis. I took state 1 and in view of the previous comments I expected better. There are certainly no big "farts" but there are still quite a few small ones + scratches + metal tip at the end of the ski deformed + always a little glue stickers present on the skis (for rental periods I guess). Otherwise fast and careful dispatch
