Very good quality skis. However, I was a little disappointed by the color of the skis. I was expecting black skis like on the picture. They turned out to be brown. Perhaps you could add a description on the product page to avoid this type of return?

Good service, despite forgetting a pair of skis in the order, the return was made very quickly. On the other hand, dpd's delivery service is really bad: the driver doesn't ring the doorbell, the technical department makes up excuses, in short, if you want your skis D+1, you're in trouble with dpd.....

Ski not as described and condition 1; it was condition 2. So I sent photos and the sales manager reacted immediately and refunded the difference. He was very sympathetic on these emails. Very good ski for the price. Only downside was the bridle skiman to whom we took the boots for fitting. He adjusted to the right size but all the way back, so the instructor had to adjust on the 1st run...
