I think the photos are misleading. There are many more signs of wear on the shoes and the skis do not have the blue reflections from the image. However, the soles are impeccable.

The assemblies of the pieces at the ends of the skis had come undone; in order to use them correctly, it was necessary to re-glue them. The general condition is satisfactory and in line with the price.

Fast delivery despite the ongoing snow alert and very satisfactory!
TB, this meets my expectations.
I purchased skis that were supposed to be wear level 1, but the skis I received had SIGNIFICANT damage and were assessed by a local ski professional as being in poor condition and needing significant repairs in order to be usable. If these are Skioccas LEVEL 1 skis that are in such poor condition, then how can they even sell something in worse condition? I feel like this company is misleading customers as to the skis actual condition and this is dangerous and unethical. I tried to contact customer support and even showed photos of the extensive damage and so far they have not been cooperative.
Intuitive and simple, although in my ski purchase they did not fulfill what they say in it.
A piece is missing on my skis, which show more pronounced signs of use than expected for a wear category of level 1. Can a commercial gesture be made? Otherwise, I will have to return these skis whose wear seems to be at a higher level than those ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

I paid for A quality and received B/C. Upper shell in pretty bad condition. Bindings on the loose side, side than the ones on the skies I was getting rid of. According to what the website states, I should have paid around €120, not around €160.
Very disappointed by level 2 which corresponds to very, very damaged skis. Material returned.

Product conforms to the description, fast shipping
The ski being in wear state 3, is much more worn than the other skis delivered by you in the same wear state. I would therefore like to return them.

The skis in state 3 did warn... but it said they could be rescued with treatments. Nicks that reached the wood, one of the skis was coming inflated and also the binding was useless. A total dissatisfaction, I had to return them. Customer service responds very slowly and with generic things...

Material arrived as per order
Even in state 3, the skis are superb. A few scratches on the top but it's purely aesthetic. One scratch in the middle of the skis is a bit annoying but it's not deep. The skis are very well maintained, everything is mounted and adjusted, and the boots are good too. The customer service responds very quickly and is kind. A great site for second-hand skis.
Good morning, I had to choose category 3 due to the lack of size and type of skis I needed, so I expected the skis to be used, but not that they had been through a war. They are really damaged, some points even lack entire edges. I am very disappointed.
I asked for skis in a worn condition 3. They were worn, but also missing the protective tip piece on both skis. The wear was greater than described in the description, as the core of the wooden ski was exposed, forcing me to repair them to prevent moisture from getting in.
The second-hand ski pair I purchased was delivered without any inspection. The bindings did not hold on the ski due to a stripped thread in the SKI, so the screws could not hold... I had to return to the depot for an exchange "30km + lost time"... However, the person was understanding and found an identical replacement pair. But in the future, it would be advisable to implement a quality control on your second-hand products...

Skis well maintained, too bad they were really dirty. Attacks full of mud and old grease, the surface of the ski was full of glue from the old labels that were removed without cleaning. Once fixed, but it took hours, the ski looks good.
