Ordered skis and poles. Skis 2 OK. Poles 2 instead were in very bad condition, they would be 3

On the part of Skioccas everything was correct. Good article and good price. I liked the purchase. However, the transport agency GLS did not meet expectations. The package arrived with a damaged and resealed box. The item was slightly damaged. I reported it. I will keep the item for use, I will not return it, but it makes me think about future purchases if this incident were to happen again with this transport service.

The chopsticks are as described. The packaging was perfect. It's a shame about the delivery times and methods, but the fault lies with GLS and not the seller.

All my purchases at skioccas are always satisfactory, I will definitely buy again.

Level 3 is really very damaged, so be careful before buying. To get skis in fairly good condition, prefer level 2 or especially level 1. Just so you know.

The ski quality received is very very low

Ordered 2 pairs of skis; asked for delivery address to be changed and the team obliged and refunded us the delivery difference. Skis arrived on time and were is as described condition. Only time will tell if the skis are the quality of the descriptions.

Completely satisfied with the service. They are professionals and very serious. I received the order within the indicated timeframe, there was a problem with the size of the product and they acknowledged their mistake and proceeded to process the return and refund of the amount paid without any issues. I will trust them again.

The only issue is the color, which is not as advertised because it is sold as a white puffer jacket, while I received a cream puffer jacket; otherwise, the delivery speed was good.
