Very good service, perfect delivery. Product series 3 very damaged in the upper aesthetic part of the ski, bindings not great but the edges and sole in perfect condition. For the use it will be given for initiation, it is perfect.

The prices are very good and the shipping has worked well, but when it comes to a return due to size issues, it gets complicated. You can return it, but you have to pay for the return shipping (they are supposed to cover it later, we'll see) and the problem is that since in my case it was a size issue, to get a larger size, you have to pay shipping costs again.. it doesn't seem very oriented to facilitate the online experience for customers. In summary, good products and prices, but the after-sales service is not the best, compared to other types of websites that we users are used to.

Overall, I am satisfied with the skis. For a used set, they represent good value for the money. However, there are a few significant issues to note: Maintenance Quality: While the skis arrived waxed and sharpened, the sharpening was done carelessly. There are small scratches and minor damage along the sides of the skis resulting from the tools used. Binding Setup: Despite selecting the option to have the bindings adjusted to my specific size and requirements, this service was not performed. The bindings arrived set to two completely different sizes, meaning the service I requested was ignored. Delivery (Carrier Issue): The shipping process was unacceptable. The package sat in a French warehouse for two weeks without movement. When it finally arrived, the box was destroyed and the documentation was lost. While this is a courier issue, it significantly impacted the experience.

Order the day before and received the next day !!!! Nothing to say. Product rated as "very good condition" and I feel like it is new. I recommend this site

Impeccable delivery. I bought a pair of K2 skis with 3 wear, I didn't expect to receive skis with so many impacts and wear.

The description stated that the ski shows significant wear and has individual holes. I did not expect that a 5cm piece of the top layer was missing.

I ordered two pairs of ski boots. Both are specially made for wide calves and have a flex rating of 49 and 70 respectively. I am slim, but I have relatively larger calves. I can't even get into the purchased boots. No flexibility at all! The plastic edges are hardly bendable or movable, but are completely stiff. What a shame!
