Access to the assembly documentation only provides the English version..... in inches!!!! Fortunately, the one delivered is compatible with our measurement system and our tape measures.
Misleading photo: the guiding elements are plastic and not aluminum. Certainly, the technical description of the different components is ok ..........

I have ordered several times and had no problems, but this time I waited 1 month to receive my package and had no news in the meantime. Otherwise, very good product, I would order again.

I am happy with the rail and the wheels but I was surprised that there were no fixing brackets.

Nothing to complain about from the order to the departure of the product. The delivery by your provider DPD is a disaster 4 times warned of a delivery and 4 times delivery postponed by the carrier

It is very unfortunate to have to remove adhesive tape (white) marks in several places on the rail. This does not detract from the quality of the product, but still. One last small thing, I find the attached instructions too brief, specifically regarding the positioning and functioning of the two stops; which one is the closure? After long reflection, one eventually understands, but I doubt this is the case for everyone, this is just my humble opinion. The shipping packaging was very correct.

Aluminum guides a bit light would be better, no decorative cover if fixed to the ceiling, visible wheels.

Wrong width of door frame ordered 18 mm received 16! The planer overheated

I don't know if it was by omission, but she did not inform me that by ordering only 2 days later I could have benefited from a 25% discount on my order. I find that a shame!!! I should have only paid €100.64 instead of €140.18 if I had been informed that by ordering 48 hours later I could benefit from a 25% discount.

The site is a bit oblivious, assuming that everyone is familiar with the offered products. I was looking for a solution and had to search for quite a while until I was sure I had found the right one.

1 problem, the carrier DPD does not respect the chosen time slots on predict!!

Disappointed, the small plastic fork that serves as a locking mechanism at the end of the wheel support broke during the first locking???

The quality of the material is a bit disappointing. The varnish on one of my three products shows a drop (probably too loaded during application)
For the rest, I am waiting to install them

Ordering, delivery and website - all great!
The system - had some problems. We watched the videos and read the instructions exhaustively. Found when we went to install that the spring pin at the top (closet doors) allowed only about 2mm of tolerance. And between that and the bottom pin tolerance it was a real bear to install - only to find that the other pin at the top required a 1/2 inch clearance. So it was literally mathematically impossible. Also the formula in the instructions didn’t work either. We had to add a wooden cross piece additionally on our ceiling due to overly short cutting of ours doors due to this formula. Frustrating!!! A solid and good system but some tolerance and math issues for sure. The video seems to show a lot more tolerances for installation. Felt a little led down the garden path. Got it done but spent 4x longer than should have. Many fixes and adjustments required to get there.

Top products, but with GLS the delivery took a full 8 working days. Better to order via Amazon, it arrives in 3 days.

First I received the wrong product, called back they shipped the right one. Called again … the shipping company lost the package. After couple days they found it, promised to ship next day. Today was supposed to arrive. As of 9pm nothing showed up. It is already two weeks, weekend coming, the shipping company doesn't deliver on weekends.

The material is of high quality, the goods were packed a bit lightly (there is a risk of deforming the rails), the shipping could not be described as immediate and fast, additionally the communication with the contact person was more profit-oriented than customer-friendly.

It took a bit to find the product I was looking for. There wasn't exactly what I wanted but I purchased something close. The shipping cost was way too high for such a light object. Also the box was damaged, though not the product, luckily.

I think the sorting could be better.
